The missions might not be update.
If you read Frankovs thread it did not say anything about missions.
Only new arenas mostly.
Like danger zones.
Be patient there is other things to do in the game.
Also gangs make it funner you should join one.

Although gunner when you try to open the bin it says the mission will be unlocked in the next update.
